Philosophical Therapy is for anyone who has problems or questions that are acting as stumbling blocks to a full and satisfying life.
It can also be useful in very specific situations where one has decisions and choices to make but cannot determine on what basis to judge or weigh options.
Clients do not need any background in philosophy – all that is required is a willingness to question and be questioned and to remain open to new ideas.
I work with clients on a wide range of personal and professional issues, such as:
Relationships
Parenting and family
Decision-making
Confidence and self-image
Career direction
Work-life balance
Grief
Divorce
Loss of purpose or motivation
Or you may simply want someone to help guide your philosophical curiosity in fruitful and constructive ways.
In any situation where thinking has stalled in some way, philosophy can create new pathways forward.
